This building is part of the redevelopment of Ipswich, a small town on the Stour river. No longer are the lines straight, but curved. New materials give a vibrant feel to what was a decaying area near the river.

I like the haphazard placement of the windows in this building and the coloured blocks.

One problem is that the surroundings are a marina on two sides and housing on one of the other. That is if the financial climate allows them to be built.
      Could be an expensive mistake.

Very abstract architecture. The various sized windows and blocks add interest.

You have a great shot of the building though, with this perspective. If the building isn’t well lit on the inside, I don’t think I’d care for working in it either. I also favor the older, traditional buildings that show a lot of craftsmanship by way of brickwork or woodwork or the like.

Unfortunately, more and more we are losing the skills that allowed us to build St Paul’s Cathedral. Soon everything will be identically computer generated.
